PLACING ORDERS
Online Orders: Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Mail orders: Money orders and personal checks are accepted as payment. Please place your order online and select the payment option "Check/Money Order" from the billing information page. Once you've completed your order online, please send your payment to: Cat's Meow Detroit, P.O. Box 511323, Livonia, MI 48151. Personal checks are held 5 business days from receipt to clear. If a check fails to clear we will impose a $25 returned check fee. This is the amount our bank charges us for returned checks.
PICK UP YOUR ORDER
If you live in the Detroit area and would like to pick up your order at our warehouse to save on shipping costs, please email us to make arrangements.

We ship via USPS and Fed Ex ground. Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

$10.00 - $24.99 = $7.95
$25.00 - $49.99 = $9.95
$50.00- $74.99 = $11.95
$75.00 - $99.99 = $14.95
$100.00 - $149.99 = $18.95
$150.00 - $199.99 = $20.95
$200.00 - $249.99 = $26.95
$250.00 - $499.99 = $35.95
$500.00 - 749.99 = $85.95
$750.00 + = $150.00
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. All other countries please email us first before placing your order. International orders ship via airmail with insurance. All International customers are responsible for upholding your country's laws, regulations, and expenses related to customs and taxes. Please email for shipping costs before you place your orders. Returns are not accepted on international orders.
RETURNS
If you would like to return a item please email us first to receive a return authorization. You must contact us before returning any item so that we may issue you a return authorization. Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt of your item. Any package returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. No returns on sale items, no returns on worn items. All items must be in the condition they were received, ie. all tags in place, no cigar or cigarette smoke smells and in saleable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. No international refunds. For damaged items, please keep all contents of the package including packing materials and contact your local shipper.
